Who made it
I'm a builder in Australia. TuLiang started because takeoff on real residential jobs was either a $5k/year QS suite I did not need, or a spreadsheet that lost an hour per drawing set. So I built the tool I wanted on site: open a PDF, mark what is actually there, get numbers that cite their AS 3700 / NCC clause — then hand it to the QS to check. — Made by an Australian builder · 1.5 years on the tools
