These Terms govern your access to and use of TuLiang (tuliang.online), operated by Banruo Studio, Sydney, Australia. By registering or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
TuLiang is intended for adults (18+) using it in a professional capacity. You confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for yourself or your organisation.
TuLiang is a PDF measurement (takeoff) tool. It helps you measure and count from drawings. The quantities it produces are assistance only and may contain errors. They do not constitute engineering, surveying, or cost advice. You are responsible for verifying all measurements before using them in construction, procurement, tendering, or any other decision.
During the beta, registration requires an invite code. Keep your login credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

TuLiang is currently in closed beta and is provided on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access, or preservation of uploaded data. We recommend you keep your own copies of any drawings you upload.
During the beta the service is free. We will give at least 30 days’ notice before introducing paid plans, and we will not charge you without your explicit consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and we do not exclude liability for our own negligence or for a breach of your personal data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by contract. Where the ACL applies, our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee is limited, to the extent the law allows, to re-supplying the service.
How we collect and handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account for a material breach of these Terms, for non-payment (once fees apply), or where required by law. We will give notice where reasonably practicable. On termination your access ends; we hold your data for 30 days so you can export it before it is deleted.
You can request an export of your takeoff data at any time by emailing banruo@tuliang.online. We will provide a machine-readable export (such as CSV) within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia. Please raise any dispute with us first at banruo@tuliang.online. If it is not resolved, either party may refer it to mediation before going to court.
We may update these Terms with 14 days’ notice by email or in-app notice. Continuing to use the service after that notice period means you accept the changes.

在法律允许的最大范围内：
上述限制 不 适用于根据《澳大利亚消费者法》不可排除的责任，我们也不排除对自身 过失或对你个人数据泄露的责任。
本条款不排除或限制你根据《澳大利亚消费者法》享有的、不可通过合同排除的任何权利。在该法适用时， 对于未能满足消费者保证的责任，在法律允许的范围内，以重新提供服务为限。
我们如何收集和处理你的个人信息，详见我们的 隐私政策，该政策构成本条款的一部分。
若你严重违反本条款、未付款（在收费后），或法律要求时，我们可暂停或终止你的账户。在合理可行时 我们会提前通知。终止后你的访问权限结束；我们会保留你的数据 30 天，供你在删除前导出。
你可随时发邮件到 banruo@tuliang.online 申请导出你的算量数据。我们会在 30 天内提供机器可读的导出文件（如 CSV）。
本条款受 澳大利亚新南威尔士州 法律管辖。如有争议，请先发邮件至 banruo@tuliang.online 与我们沟通。若未能解决， 任何一方均可在诉诸法院前先提请调解。
我们可通过邮件或应用内通知，提前 14 天更新本条款。在该通知期之后继续使用本服务，即表示你接受变更。
